CONFIRM AND SUBMIT

As a summary of our terms of service, please confirm the following:
HSDT
HSDT is an abbreviation of our company title Havana Salsa Dance Tours.

PAYMENTS
Final payment is due 13 weeks prior to departure. I understand that if i do not pay the outstanding balance of the cost of the holiday on request, that my booking will not be completed.

I understand; a deposit of £250 per person is required. The deposit is non-refundable and until the deposit is received, the booking cannot be confirmed. (we will of course be in touch with you once we receive your booking form).

I understand that I am responsible for ensuring that my passport is valid for 6 months beyond the length of stay.

INSURANCE
I confirm that I will arrange adequate travel insurance prior to arrival in Cuba.

TERMS
